Careerforce supports education and skill development in New Zealand's health and disability sector.

We are an industry training organisation (ITO) and have three main roles:

1. Supporting training: we provide employers with tools and resources to help them train their own staff
   
   
2. Designing qualifications: we design national qualifications that provide learning opportunities and career pathways for health and disability workers.
   
   
3. Providing leadership: we work with the sector to identify and implement strategies that help develop the health and disability workforce.
