| 23388 V1 | Assessment Record Sheet and the Feedback Sheet page headings | A print error has been found on two pages in the Trainee Assessment Portfolio, on the Assessment Record Sheet and the Feedback Sheet, at the back of the portfolio. The headings for these pages show the unit standard number 23380, this should be 23388. The Trainee Assessment Portfolio was corrected on 25 March 2009. Any Trainee Assessment Portfolio distributed going forward, and the version on this website, are now correct. |
| 23685 V1 | Workbook - Pre packaged medication: Blister Packs | A print error has been found on page 26 of the Pre-packaged medication workbook. The 04/12/2006 date refers to the date the medication pack should be started (not the date the medication pack was prepared) |
