Workplace Training Innovations Programme Road Shows

Careerforce is holding a series of road shows throughout the country to outline the details and application process for the recently announced Workplace Training Innovations Programme.

The programme is in response to feedback from health and disability employers and peak bodies, and encourages joint employer led solutions to national qualification based workplace training. The programme encourages health and disability employers to develop and implement innovative and sustainable workplace learning and assessment programmes to enable health and disability employees to access and complete national qualifications and engage in career pathways.

The road shows will outline a variety of delivery models and the funding criteria, process and timeframes. Application forms for the $3million fund which covers 2010-2012, will be available at the road shows. It is anticipated that each road show will be 1½ hours in duration.
