Resources & Support

Careerforce has developed (and continues to develop) a range of resource materials to support workplace based training and assessment. To date these have included workbooks, on-line resources, CD-Roms and educator guides. Careerforce also provides literacy and learning support to employers so they can meet the learning needs of their staff.

Other supports include access to field-based Careerforce Workplace Advisors, a Kaiwhakahaere and a Training Support Team. Careerforce also provides free training for workplace assessors and verifiers and support graduation ceremonies for our trainees.

Learning Material

Trainees and their employer sign a training agreement with Careerforce which formally links them to achieving a National Qualification. Depending on the National Qualification each workplace will receive for their trainee the available learning resources (workbooks) which will enable them to begin the training and assessment in the workplace.  The cost of the workbooks is included within the qualification fee on enrolment. 

The learning resources (workbooks) are only available for trainees who have entered into a training agreement with Careerforce and are not available for general purchase.
