Ngā Ratonga | Our services:
Phoenix is an exciting and innovative community-based AOD service located in Papakura, South Auckland.
Within our addiction service, you will have the opportunity to work with adults aged 18 years and older where we offer holistic support to fit their needs and where they feel most comfortable e.g., whare, papa Kainga, and local park.
You’ll be joining a close-knit and supportive whanau at Phoenix, who are passionate about supporting people with AOD and/or Mental health issues and have seen great success with their community model.
Our Phoenix whanau’s model of care is based on dual peer support, a clinician approach to working with adults.
Working within this service, you will be at the forefront of change in the health sector and contribute to the further development of our model of care. In addition to the above, our Phoenix service works within the principles of abstinence and harm reduction, in a holistic manner, recognizing the multi-faceted problems that co-exist with AOD addiction.
