He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role
Join a large mobile community support team based in Mount Albert, Auckland. You will be part of a busy and diverse team helping people with mental health diagnoses and/or drug and alcohol addiction to achieve their goals in the community.
You will engage with clinical teams, whānau and other service agencies to help ensure great outcomes for our service users.
This role is 40 hours per week, with shifts being Monday to Sunday.
He kōrero mōu | About You
We are looking for people who are resilient, solution-focused, naturally energetic, have a passion for giving things a go, and have a genuine interest in supporting people to achieve goals and learn new skills and develop community connections.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of community agencies that you can support to link people to as natural resources. You will be required to provide medication support.
No two days will be the same, and you will need very good organisation skills to schedule and deliver your support.
Ideally, you have a Level 4 Mental Health Certificate or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Qualification (or similar),
You should be able to easily build professional relationships with people
A full NZ driver's license is essential to the role, so please do not apply if you do not hold one.
