Job Description

Join the MASH Trust Team as a part time Community Support Worker based in Levin.

The Role:
As a Community Support Worker you will be supporting the people we support by maintaining a high quality of life, a quality home environment, and encouraging full participation in all aspects of community daily life.    
We have a two part time positions based in Levin.
Position One - 70 hours per fortnight:
Week 1 - Monday 6am - 2.30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday 06.45am - 3.15pm Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3.30pm Week 2 - Monday 6am - 2.30pm, Tuesday 3.30pm - 10pm Thursday 6.45am -3.15pm and Friday 2pm - 10.30pm
Position Two - 60 hours per fortnight:
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working 3.30pm - 10pm
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 3.30pm - 10pm

You will have/be:
  • A desire to learn and grow within your role.
  • Comfortable assisting with personal cares 
  • Hold a current full drivers licence and have reliable transport
  • The ability to take pride in a healthy home environment – including cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand with a minimum of six months on Visa
