The Position:
As a Community Support Worker working for MASH Trust you will be joining a highly skilled and dedicated team supporting our people to maintain a high quality of life, within a quality home environment, and encouraging full participation in all aspects of community daily life to maximise independence.  
 
The Hours: This is a 56 hour a per fortnight position
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday - 6.45am to 3.15pm and Wednesday - 2.30pm to 11pm
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday - 6.45am to 3.15pm and Saturday, Sunday 2.30pm to 11pm
 
To be considered for this role you will need:
  • A current full drivers licence and have reliable transport
  • Honesty and Integrity 
  • A great attitude and passion to support people to achieve their potential
  • Pride in a healthy home environment – including cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand with a minimum of six months on Visa.
  • A caring and compassionate and empathetic nature providing support to those from all walks of life.
