Our programme offers a combination of services and is client focused with an emphasis on rehabilitation and family goals to support a holistic approach to wellness and support in the community.

We specialize in working with individuals that have a high needs complex injury or illness, requiring 24 hour care, 7 days a week that want to integrate back into the community. Our role is to implement a high standard of care and rehabilitation and reduce any anxiety or stress related to this.

Job Description

Full-time, part-time and casual positions available

We are a service provider that supports clients and whanau who have been affected by serious injury (acquired traumatic brain injury and spinal injury) to support their recovery.

We are calling for registrations of interest to work as a Kaiāwhina Hauora, Clinical Support – for our organisation as we move forward with an active growth strategy.

The people we support require 24/7 care support, so you may be needed to work rostered shifts, ensuring clients and their whanau are central to the decision-making process regarding all aspects of their path to recovery.  Your ability to formulate individualised, tailored recovery plans will be a key component in your ability to exceed your goals.

Your role will be challenging and you will be rewarded with the knowledge you are making a real difference to the ongoing recovery of our clients and their whānau.

  • Commitment to being honest, genuine and respectful
  • Have the ability to develop and establish, supportive and collaborative relationships with those you work with including clinicians, members of whānau and relevant support networks and groups
  • An ability to source, utilise and share effective resources
  • You will have a full, clean drivers licence
  • Qualifications in health/social welfare, a valid first aid certificate and previous experience working within the health sector is all highly desirable
  • A clear Ministry of Justice check
  • Ability to work rosters (including weekends)
