We believe that everyone can live full and rich lives in their communities of choice, and we are committed to helping people be the best they can be.

As a Tiriti partner, we recruit for cultural competence and encourage applications from people who identify as Māori, to support our journey in achieving equity in health outcomes.

Mind and Body provides values-based peer led services across Aotearoa. We use our own, personal lived experience of recovery from mental distress to nurture hope and self-determination and inspire the people we support to use their personal power to move towards the life they want for themselves.
