Job Description

Permanent full-time, permanent part-time and casual positions available

He kōrero mō te tūranga - The roles

In this role you will join clients on their wellbeing journey, providing a safe environment and supporting them with their goals and daily tasks with the focus of empowering and supporting our clients to be independent, to maintain their wellness and achieve their goals as we walk alongside them and assist in any way possible.

We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and compassionate to work in our service. You'll be a natural problem solver and enjoy connecting with the community in line with our client's support plans.

The residential houses are open 24/7 and this position has weekend work, evening and wake over shifts.

All roles require inclusion in a 24/7 roster.

What you need

  • Experience in Mental Health Support is essential 
  • Completed a Level 4 in Mental Health and Addictions Certificate or equivalent or working towards one
  • Full New Zealand Driving Licence
  • Strong computer skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • The ability to demonstrate strong personal and professional boundaries
  • A caring and supportive attitude
