About the Company/Organisation
At Emerge Aotearoa everyone is whānau. Whānau is often translated as ‘family’, but its meaning is more complex. It includes physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions and is based on whakapapa. Whānau can be multi-layered, flexible, and dynamic just like our communities and the services we provide. We offer a range of social services including peer support which is operated by people with lived experience, housing, health and disability, employment, mental health, addictions, with both adults and youth in the community and residentially.
