About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Housing and Recovery team, in Papakura, working with a team of Support Workers. 3 x Full-Time, Permanent Positions Available:
  1. AM shift – Friday to Monday   07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
  2. PM shift -  Friday to Monday   03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  3. Awake Over shift – Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM – 7:30AM
Responsibilities include:
  • Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
  • Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most
  • Foster positive change for a more positive life
  • Provide medication support for our people
You | Mōu
We are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery-focused way, and have impeccable attention to detail.
  • You must hold a current full driver’s licence
  • Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or currently working towards it.
  • Preferred experience in mental health, AOD, and/or crisis respite setting
  • Applicants who have lived experience are welcome to apply
