Pathways is a leading national provider of community-based mental health, addictions and wellbeing services in Aotearoa. We’re all about transforming mental health and addictions through our Pathways (adult) and Real (youth) services. In fact, we’ve been doing it for 30 years, supporting around 6,000 people each year.

The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
You will be reporting to the Team Coach where you will be supporting people in their own home and community. Support with shopping, relevant appointments such as GP, community activities, supporting people to access recreational activities such as sports, walking and swimming.
This role is 32 hours per week, Friday to Monday, on a rotating AM/PM roster pattern working 7am to 3.30pm and 3.00pm to 11.30pm.

Friday - Monday; Rotating AM and PM shifts
AM: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
PM: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
