We’re looking for an experienced support worker to join us in the Housing and Recovery / Mobile services

We have a vacancy available at Kelvin services . You will be working alongside all clinical teams, attending clinical and referral meetings. You will be supporting people to live independently in the community. You will be reporting to the Team Coach
