He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with dynamic and professional teams that support our tangata whaiora to connect with their community and reach their well-being goals.

You'll be confident in carrying out daily recovery activities focusing on client strengths, be able to implement best practice interventions and rehabilitation strategies and support our service users to maintain and improve communication, behaviour, mobility, and activities of daily living as per their goal plan.

You'll use your non-judgemental attitude and belief to encourage service users to change and grow.

This is a casual role with rostered shifts Monday - Sunday, 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm & 11:00pm - 7:30am.

He kōrero mōu | About You

• This role can be both challenging and rewarding, excellent timekeeping and strong professional boundaries are a must-have
• A level 4 qualification and experience are desirable but not essential
• Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
• Good PC skills with a range of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use electronic client information systems
• Full clean NZ driver's licence
