Live Life Disability Support (LLDS) provides support to people who have disabilities to live great lives in the Nelson Marlborough community.

We support people to manage their day to day lives in ways and at times that work for them. The people we support have a wide range of abilities, gifts, and challenges. We actively encourage people to pursue their dreams and try out new experiences and can guarantee that no two days working at LLDS are ever the same.

Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)

We are looking to appoint two Team Leaders, each working at a residential location, working 80 hours a fortnight. You will be leading teams working with adults who have intellectual disabilities.

    • Position 1: 7am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
    • Position 2: 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for inspiring Team Leaders who love to make connections across community groups and activities. You will live the Enabling Good Lives principles; ensuring that people are supported to fully participate in community life.

You will hold a minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4), or an equivalent health or disability related qualification as assessed by the Ministry of Health (see link below). Experience working in the field of disability would be an advantage.

This role is classified by Immigration as ANZSCO 423111 and applicants for this position must be NZ or Australian citizens, or have NZ permanent residency, or a valid NZ work visa.

The salary for these positions is $58,925 plus an annual Team Leader allowance of $5,000.
