Ways of working with a fixed learner
A ‘fixed’ learner is one who believes that their success or failure is linked to their IQ and not to the amount of effort they put in. Working with a fixed learner presents its own unique challenges. Our assessment workshop involves a brainstorm on ways to work with a fixed learner.
