An overnight wānanga grounded in Māori and Pacific worldviews, supporting ākonga to thrive in their learning through a holistic approach to hauora, learning and assessment support.
Held over two days, the wānanga is for Māori and Pasifika ākonga, including those with a disability or who are neurodivergent. Guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā and the Fonofale model, the wānanga recognises that learning is at its strongest when wellbeing, culture, relationships, and confidence are nurtured together.
During the wānanga, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work on your assessments at your own pace
- Receive one‑to‑one or small‑group learning support
- Connect with others through kōrero, whakawhanaungatanga, and cultural activities
Venue:
Whāingaroa Kōkiri Centre, Riria Kereopa Memorial Drive, Raglan
NB: There is no cost to attend, other than your transport.
If you have any pātai/questions or would like to kōrero further, please get in touch: [email protected]
