Do the Initial Assessment Training
(with unit standard 4098)

Assessors must hold unit standard 4098: Use standards to assess candidate performance. People credited with this unit standard can prepare for and conduct assessment, complete assessment administration and review the assessment practice. This unit standard must be gained through a Careerforce Initial Assessment Training Course.  This course is at no cost, but will be charged if the trainee assessor fails to complete the training.
