The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team working alongside older adults experiencing mental health challenges at our rural site just outside Feilding.

These fixed-term positions offer the chance to develop your skills in communication, personal cares, recovery-focused support, and goal planning while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and enjoys supporting people to maintain independence, wellbeing, and connection.

Available fixed-term shifts until the 23 August 2026:

  • Wednesday to Saturday, 12:30pm to 9:30pm.
  • Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00am to 3:30pm

About You | Mōu 

  • A current full driver’s licence
  • Current first aid certificate or are you willing to obtain one
  • For our respite services, applications must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or are currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent
