The Careerforce 2020 Annual Report highlights the 2020 year’s challenges and opportunities. Over the course of 2020, Careerforce quickly adapted to ensure continued support for trainees and workplaces during a year of disruption and uncertainty resulting from COVID-19 and the Reform of Vocational Education (RoVE). The report reflects on the financial and educational successes and achievements, and how the organisation is well placed to achieve further learner success in 2021.
According to Fiona Pimm, Careerforce Board Chair, “Despite the major disruptions, I am pleased to be able to report a very credible performance by the Careerforce team. From a financial performance perspective, 2020 delivered an unplanned positive result.”
Careerforce reported an increased net surplus on 2019, and supported 18,844 learners and 1950 workplaces throughout 2020.
