Careerforce reviewed unit standard 29523 (‘Apply a palliative care approach in a health or wellbeing setting’) in late 2020 as part of the NZQF review cycle.
Careerforce also undertook consultation for the aged residential care, home and community, disability, and DHB sectors regarding the development of a new level 4 standard concerning informal coaching. Its working title is ‘Describe, facilitate, and evaluate informal coaching in a health or wellbeing setting.’
Draft copies of the standards are published below, and we invite stakeholders and programme providers to provide feedback.
