Thirty six support workers from Counties Manukau Homecare Trust graduated last month with a national certificate. The graduates were across two qualifications:
- the National Certificate in Health, Disability, and Aged Support (Foundation Skills) (Level 2); and
- the National Certificate in Health, Disability, and Aged Support (Core Competencies) (Level 3).
The presentation of their qualifications was held at the Pukekohe Town Hall on Wednesday, March 5th.
Counties Manukau Homecare Trust in Pukekohe provides home-based support services for clients across the Papakura, Manukau and Franklin areas. These support services provided allow the elderly and disabled to live in their own homes for as long as possible. The Trust is contracted to the Ministry of Health and Counties Manukau DHB.
