Complete the Senior Support Worker (Level 4) National Certificate in Health, Disability, and Aged Support.  Christina Vaingalo got another achievement ticked off her list, being also the first one in Creative Abilities to complete the Senior Support qualification.

Christina, with a graduation cap on, celebrated with colleagues who completed Foundation Skills (Level 2) and Core Competencies (Level 3).

She admits that training is difficult when one is working full time and also has children to take care of. However, she is motivated to carry on and saying, “It is important for your children to see that training doesn’t stop even when you’re a grown up. I especially think it is important for your team members that you are assessing, to understand and see that you are doing what they are doing and that it is achievable with all of life’s challenges.”

Creative Abilities supports people with disabilities to have opportunities, and to live as independently as possible in the community. They give paramount importance to training all their Life and Wellbeing Supporters.
