Seeking experienced professional with clinical registration to assist tangata whaiora (adults) transitioning safely into community.

The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
The role will be working Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 4.30pm based at our Rotorua site.
The purpose of this role is to work alongside Tangata Whaiora and complete a thorough clinical, and holistic assessment of their needs, and support them to access the appropriate services. This role sits within our Needs Assessment Coordination Support team.

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have a background in housing with property management, administration and strong cross team collaboration experience.
