Careerforce is developing a new unit standard at level 3 that will be listed in the Youth Development domain on the NZQF.
This new unit standard on Mana Taiohi was developed as a result of a review of the Principles of Youth Development – previously expressed in the Youth Development Strategy Aotearoa (2002). People credited with this unit standard are able to describe the mana a young person carries, and describe how the mana a young person carries can be enhanced using youth development principles.
