The Social Service Providers Aotearoa (SSPA) and Careerforce are inviting everyone to the Best Practice Seminar Series.
Have your say on future of the social and community sector’s workforce.
There will be a series of workshops with interactive and strategic discussions that will further inform how the workforce will be shaped and evolve over time. You have the opportunity to guide Careerforce on the actions required to achive a competent and adaptable social and community sector workforce, providing client-centred supports.
Participants will walk away with a collective understanding of the direction in which the sector and workforce is heading. You will also have shared your views about the development of a 5 and 20-year workforce plan.
