New Zealand Certificate in Business (Level 3)
Administration staff can often be overlooked when considering training and development. That’s why Careerforce has developed workplace training programmes designed to respect and recognise this group. Office administrators and reception staff can now get a boost with the Level 3 business administration and technology programme. The aim of this programme is to support business and administration staff to expand their knowledge and skills within their role.
New Zealand Certificate in Business (Level 4) First Line Management
The Level 4 first line management programme supports staff to grow and develop leadership skills to effectively lead a team. These programmes can be completed on-the-job, without need for time away from work. This business programme is for experienced first line managers working in social, health, aged care, disability, community, cleaning and urban pest management sectors.
New Zealand Diploma in Business (Levels 5 and 6) Leadership and Management
The Level 5 and 6 leadership and management programmes are for current leaders and managers with direct reports. These diplomas recognise the employee’s skills and experience while building on their existing knowledge to manage and lead teams effectively. Managers are then able to adapt modern business practice tools and strategies into their own workplace setting. The Level 5 programme focuses on the organisation’s operational objectives while the Level 6 emphasises strategic objectives.
Level 5 – Operational managers, team leaders and managers and team leaders will develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the achievement of an organisation’s operational objectives.
Level 6 – Strategic leaders and managers within the health, wellbeing and cleaning sectors will develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the achievement of an organisation’s strategic objectives.
