Careerforce business programmes can enhance the administration, leadership and management skills of the full team. We have designed a suite of business and management programmes from Levels 4 through to 6. These programmes were developed in direct response to demand from the industries we support.

Free Enrolment in Business Programmes until 31 December 2020
There are no enrolment fees for workplaces wishing to enrol their staff into Careerforce business programmes this year. Careerforce has made the decision to waive enrolment fees for the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Leadership and Management) (Levels 5 and 6)*
Enrolment fees will be waived for all enrolments up until 31 December 2020, and will be backdated for any enrolments received since 1 July 2020 (to be consistent with TTAF).
*For enrolments in NZ Diploma in Business (Level 5 & 6) that are eligible for Fees Free or for any applicable grants, these entitlements will take precedence over the Careerforce free enrolment offer.
New Zealand Certificate in Business (Level 3)
From November 2019 we are no longer offering the New Zealand Certificate in Business (Level 3) programme, and have stopped taking new enrolments. Trainees already enrolled in this programme will continue to be supported by Careerforce and their assessor to complete their certificate.
New Zealand Diploma in Business (Levels 5 and 6) Leadership and Management
The Level 5 and 6 leadership and management programmes are for current leaders and managers with direct reports. These diplomas recognise the employee’s skills and experience while building on their existing knowledge to manage and lead teams effectively. Managers are then able to adapt modern business practice tools and strategies into their own workplace setting. The Level 5 programme focuses on the organisation’s operational objectives while the Level 6 emphasises strategic objectives.
Level 5 – Operational managers, team leaders and managers and team leaders will develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the achievement of an organisation’s operational objectives.
Level 6 – Strategic leaders and managers within the health, wellbeing and cleaning sectors will develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the achievement of an organisation’s strategic objectives.
